Drinking water benefits every part of your body
Thank goodness it can't be patented!
In fact, drinking water benefits are so numerous that it would be simpler to come up with physical processes that
water is not involved in. The list would be short.
Water is better than any "wonder drug" at maintaining your health. Again, why do you think that for generations
concerned mothers offered water as the first "treatment" to any number of complaints. Stomach aches? Have some water
Feel tired? Sit down and have a glass of water. Almost like a reflex, water is offered whenever someone complains
of feeling poorly.

What one medicine can do all that?
No human could live without water and even a little dehydration starts to cause physical problems , even if not
noticeable at first. Especially those with health problems or women who are pregnant or nursing especially
need to drink enough water.
The elderly often neglect to drink enough water which lead to serious problems due to preexisting health problems and frequent intake of prescriptions. Prescription drugs could accumulate
if a person is dehydrated.
Research tells us that up to 80% of us suffer from at least mild dehydration. That's a higher percentage than smokers (25%) or even obesity (over 50% in adults). I guess the news isn't really getting out or we don't take it seriously.
The usual recommended water intake is 8 glasses of 8 ounces of water for a total of 64 ounces throughout the day. Do you drink at least 64 ounces of water a day?
Not many of us could honestly answer "yes." But different people have different water needs and must use different strategies for how much and when to drink water to receive the most benefits.
Of course, you should drink when you feel thirsty. Also, if your urine has some color, you need to drink water. Click for more specific guidelines for certain needs and goals.
Too much water?
Although it's uncommon, it is possible and it is so serious that it could lead to death. Click here if you have questions or concerns about this.
Oh, and one last thing before we're through...
WASH YOUR WATER BOTTLE!
Plenty of people casually fill up their water without washing them out first.
Drinking water benefits would be reduced if you drink lots of pure, clean water but end up creating a hotel for your mouths'
bacteria to lounge and thrive in. That's just what happens when you don't properly wash out your water bottle.
Make sure that you wash your bottle in warm soapy water before reuse. Do I have to tell you everything:)
