* Water contamination & hexavalent chromium The Environmental Working Group not long ago put out a study on the apparent rise of hexavalent chromium, a heavy metal, in our drinking water supply. It is so significantly easier to just plop down on an exercycle and mindlessly pedal for an hour while listening to an MP3 player. Do yourself a favor, make sure to mix in anaerobic physical exercise, focusing on key muscle groups for roughly 1/3 of your exercise session and see how significantly more you get out of a workout.
