Dehydration and back discs
by: SG

Hi Diane,

Of course I wish you well, and anything is possible. But there is no chance that drinking more water for 2 weeks can "fluff" up your back discs.

What you are aiming for is for increased hydration to fluff up the cartilage so discs are protected and bettter stabilized.

However, even this takes a while. Several months at least. Concurrent with improving hydration, you should also supplement with glucosamine sulfate.
