dehydration and back discs

I'm experimenting with myself to see if drinking 80 oz of water per day will help "fluff up" a semi-crushed disc in my spine. I'm giving it 2 weeks before I decide if it's working. It would be great if you could review any research on this in a future newsletter. And, by the way, I love the column. It's quick and to the point. Thank you for providing it!
