Dehydration and high blood pressure

Dehydration is inversely linked to HBP. Google dehydration - go to - http://www.medicinenet.com/dehydration/page2.htm
It says that dehydration results in very low blood pressure.
I experimented with the same. My blood pressure was 80/120 for more then 2 years. Taken more than 10 times.
After I stopped drinking water and liquid, my blood pressure dropped to 70/100 in about 45 days.
Alternating between 8 to 10 glasses of water and 2 glasses of water causes the BP to drop to normal limits in 60 days. This alternation is to be done every 3 days. It reduces the body's water requirements and then flushes out excess water.
Yes it is true that water is linked with lot of other diseases as well. All the neurological diseases have a direct connection with body water.
When Body's water requirement goes down, the excess water is stored in the body without causing HBP. This happened with me. When I stopped drinking water in 7 days the excess water was flushed out. Hence low blood pressure.
My ability to concentrate is increasing. I am 47 years now.
