Dehydration symptoms treatment includes a list of recommendations on how much water to drink and when, to correct or prevent, physical toxicity and chronic dehydration symptoms.
1) Daily Hydration: This daily plan is a part of dehydration symptoms treatment, keeping you hydrated at all times.
How much water to drink daily? At least 2 quarts of water, divided in equal doses. Drink doses over 1 - 2 hours, as your lifestyle permits.
2)Hydration symptoms treatment #1: To correct chronic dehydration.
The amount of water to drink a day is at least 2.5 quarts. Needs to be followed for several months to correct water deficiencies. Divide doses.
3)Hydration symptoms treatment #2: Also corrects chronic dehydration symptoms.
Like previous remedy except you drink each time you urinate.
4)Pure Water and Detoxification Remedy: Detoxify body.
How much water to drink daily? At least 4 quarts in roughly 7 equal doses. Drink water that is as purified and low in minerals as possible. Drink the water quickly, over 30 minutes. Every 2 hours would be sufficient. The low mineralization of water increases the water’s ability to pick up toxins and eliminate them.
Can follow this remedy for 2 - 4 weeks and then alternate with Daily Hydration for as long as needed.
5)Dry-Wet Detox Remedy: deepest detoxification of the body.
First drink nothing for at least 24 hours. Eat only dry foods like crackers and nuts. Amount of water to drink daily is 1 - 2 quarts in 1 hour to rehydrate and trigger strong urinations. Then continue to drink according to #2.
The dry phase forces water and toxins up from deep within the body and cells. The wet phase gets rid of them.
6)Dry-Wet Short Version: Force deep toxins out in a short period of time.
Drink nothing for several hours. Then select an activity that involves a great deal of sweating, like sauna or exercise. After activity drink 1 - 2 quarts of water in one hour.
7)Hydration and Remineralization: Hydrate your body while assuring you have adequate minerals.
Consume 2 quarts of water but choose spring water with high mineral content.
Drink when thirsty, at least 2 quarts a day, when thirsty. A few months on this plan is ok then go back to more typical water.
8) Hydrate and Deacidify. This method lets you hydrate and also make your body more alkaline. (Acidic bodies are thought to invite disease.)
Drink at least 2 quarts of waters high in alkaline minerals from either tap or bottle. You can buy alkalinizing minerals called pH drops from health stores. Drink when thirsty.

9)Hydration For Athletes: A must for anyone who exercises regularly.
Use #1 or #2 above before activity. One half hour before activity, drink 1 - 1+1/2 quarts of water. Try and drink 4 - 6 ounces every 15 minutes during activity. If you work out for an hour or more, it will take 2 - 3 hours to rehydrate. Drink in 1- 3 quarts in 1 - 3 hours.
10)Hydration Your Figure and Skin: Water correctives are especially important for proper weight level and good skin.
Drink water with a low mineral content. You need to drink 2.5 to 3.5 quarts a day over several months to see good results. For some, results may come quicker but don’t be discouraged if results are slow to show. It’ll happen.
