Drink water & Yoga is great!

I have a history of back problems.

So I have tried all kinds of things to help out.

Obviously I looked into drinking enough water to avoid disc dehydration.

But nothing worked as well as yoga.

Yeah, I guess that you could hurt yourself with postures that are too challenging but just be smart & go slow.
